It's time to “spring” into action and move your body more! April is Move More Month, bringing extra awareness to how much we exercise throughout the day. Now, before you roll your eyes and shuffle back to your cozy spot on the couch (or get back to answering that email at your desk), hear us out!

Move More Month isn't about forcing ourselves into grueling workout routines or morphing into fitness fanatics overnight. It's all about taking small steps (literally!) to inject a bit more movement and joy into our daily lives.
