Sydnor

Dr. Maryah Sydnor earned a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College School of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University in 2015.

Maryah's passion is helping her clients, at any age, regain strength and mobility so they can do normal daily activities and enjoy their lives. Her interests include treating general orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and injury prevention. Maryah is also certified in lower extremity Dry Needling therapy and will offer these services. She has also received her certification in upper and lower extremity Dry Needling. She hopes to complete a certification in pelvic health physical therapy in the future.  

Outside of her work, Maryah enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, and being outdoors. She is a former professional basketball player, but if you are looking for her these days you might try the pickleball courts around the area!
