Camp Details
Day Camp will focus on fundamental skill development in a fun, enthusiastic environment. Campers will make friends and work hard while learning and practicing basketball techniques instructed by former and current Highlander players as well as the current coaching staff.

Dates: June 23-26 Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 4 pm
Ages: 6-15
Cost: $200 (Early Bird), $275 Thereafter
Location: Donald N. Dedmon Center, 101 University Dr., Radford, VA 24141
A typical day will include:
- 8-9 am Check-In / Sign-In / Camper Drop-Off / Camper Free Shoot
- 9:10-9:50 am Greeting / Rules of Camp / Make Teams / Stretching
- 9:50-10:30 am Stations such as passing, dribbling, shooting, defensive slides, agility, etc.
- 10:30 am Competition of the Day such as knockout, money ball, free throw competition, etc.
- 11:45 am Lunch / Coach or Player Presentation to Campers / Free Shoot
- 12:30 pm 5 on 5 Games
- 1:45 pm Camp Games such as Simon Says, Telephone, Decision Game, Highlander Tag
- 2:15 pm 5 on 5 Games
- 3:45 pm Team Lines, Present Awards for the Day & Announcements
- 4 pm Dismissal
- 4-5 pm Campers can free shoot until parents/guardians pick them up
